These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GTA 6 Guide & Cheatcodes VI mobile app and website (the "Service"), operated by BURD LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Unofficial fan service
GTA 6 Guide & Cheatcodes VI is an unofficial, fan-made companion. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries. Grand Theft Auto and GTA are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. All referenced game content, names, and marks belong to their respective owners and are referenced for informational and compatibility purposes only.
2. Content accuracy
The Service provides game information — cheat codes, walkthroughs, maps, stats, and news — assembled from public sources and, before the game's release, sample and preview content clearly labeled as such. Content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Answers from the AI Assistant are generated automatically and may be wrong; they are not advice of any kind.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer non-public interfaces, submit unlawful content through the AI Assistant, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.
4. Our content
The Service's original content — its design, text, artwork, and software — is owned by BURD LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
The app may offer optional premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store account settings at any time. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
6. Third-party services and links
The Service links to third-party websites (for example, news articles) and uses third-party infrastructure to operate. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BURD LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
9. Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BURD LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
